Special Needs Marriage

For class i had to create a Statement video. Since I always make my assignments personal ( to an extent ) i decided to interview my brother who is special needs. Billy is planning on marrying his girlfriend that he has been dating for a year now. I wanted to get some person point of views on special needs marriage, so i asked my parents and Shannas, Billy's girlfriends parents. This is how it came out.
